Didn't find your remote control?
For each different remote you have, send clear photos of the front and back (showing buttons or labels), where you bought your blinds, and, if possible, the instruction manual to tech@neosmartblinds.com.
Visually compare your remote control with the images in the list Hide
Compare both the front and back of your remote control. If you find an exact match, that remote will be available in the Neo Smart Blinds App along with pairing instructions for the Smart Controller.
Please keep in mind,
- Be sure your motorized blind and its remote control operates under the 433MHz RF (radio frequency).
- Not finding your remote does not necessarily mean your blind is incompatible.
- The list includes the most common brands and remotes requested by our clients (blind manufacturers), but it is not a comprehensive list.
Match The Blind's Remote Control to Confirm Compatibility
Make sure you are using the setup code SBH20 (Menu>Settings) before adding your blinds to your account.
Switching the setup code won’t delete your blinds or affect their functionality.

Identifying Smart Controller Compatibility with Your Motorized Blinds
The Smart Controller supports over 20 motor brands commonly used in a wide range of 433MHz RF motorized blinds. To check compatibility, we look at your blind’s remote control—this usually tells us which motor is inside. Since the Smart Controller sends signals just like your blind's remote control, identifying the exact model helps ensure your blinds work smoothly with the app and third-party integrations like Alexa, Google Assistant, and more.
Which Remote Control Features to Look For Hide
Searching for your blind’s remote control on the full compatibility list can take time, but you can speed things up by using the filters on the Compatibility Check tab. The more details you can identify on your blind's remote, the faster you’ll narrow down the list. Follow the steps below for each different remote control you have to make the comparison easier.
Does the model start with "AC"?
Flip your blind’s remote control so the back is facing you. Look for any printed text and check if the model number starts with “AC”. If it does, you can apply the filter “Model AC.”

Does it have text near the back buttons?
Check for buttons on the back of the remote control. You may need to open the battery compartment to find them.
- If you see a button labeled “P2”, apply the filter "Has P2 Button."
- If you see buttons labelled “C” and “L”, apply the filter "Has CL Buttons".

Does it have an LDC screen?
Hold your blind's remote control in your hand with the front facing you. If it has an LCD screen that displays channel numbers as you select them, apply the filter "Has Screen". Only use this filter if none of the previous ones apply to your remote.

Requesting Compatibility Information via Technical Support
Because there are many blind brands and remote control models, the best way for us to determine whether your motorized blinds are compatible with the Smart Controller is to send us the following details and photos:
- A clear photo of the front of the remote control.
- One or more clear photos of the back of the remote control, showing all the back buttons and any visible labels. You may need to open the battery compartment to see the back buttons.
- The name of the store or website where you purchased your motorized blinds.
- If possible, a copy of the instructions that came with the blind or remote control.
